Loretta is the President and founder of Dove Medical Supplies. She is a Registered Professional Nurse and Certified Orthotic Fitter. Her nursing experience includes rehabilitation and long-term care. Loretta was a national sales manager for a orthotics company in Tampa, FL. She is also a current patent owner of a orthopedic appliance, the LYNX hand splint. She was awarded “Independent Inventor of Year in 2000”. This hand splint is currently one of the greatest selling hand splints of it’s type in America and Canada.

Loretta was also awarded 2007 Women of Influence Entrepreneur from Buffalo Business First.
